  • Returnable Items: Unopened and unused items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Initial shipping fees, including the cost of shipping to your address, are non-refundable.
  • Inspection Required: Refunds will only be processed after the item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in new, sellable condition.
  • Special Orders: Items ordered specifically for you are not eligible for return.
