Lock 'N Seal is a pre-catalyzed, water-based sealer that blocks tannins to prevent dark spots and marks. It goes on with a milky color for easy coverage, but dries clear. Suitable for many exotic floors, it covers up to 600 sq ft per gallon without altering color.
