Bona NordicSeal® Water-Based Sealer

Bona NordicSeal is a waterborne sanding sealer designed to deliver a beautiful Scandinavian-inspired, whitewashed appearance—without the need for harsh bleaches or stains. Formulated with twice the white pigment found in Bona NaturalSeal, it offers a soft, pale tone that enhances wood grain and allows for a truly custom Nordic finish with successive coats.

Coverage & Application:

Coverage: 400–500 sq. ft. per gallon

Apply using a Bona T-bar or Roller

Do not apply over stained floors

Ideal for use with Bona Traffic HD, Mega, or Naturale finishes

Drying & Cure Time:

Dry to recoat: 2–3 hours

Full cure: 7 days

Foot traffic: once sufficiently dried

Furniture may be moved in after 3 days

Odor & Storage:

Very slight, non-offensive odor

Shelf life: 1 year in unopened container

Non-flammable – store in climate-controlled conditions

Tools & Cleanup:

Use Bona Floor Coater, Roller, or Cut-In Pad

Use separate, clean applicators for sealer and finish

Clean tools with water and store in airtight containers
