Pallmann P108 DEFEND A two-component, 100% solids epoxy resin primer and moisture vapor retarder product for concrete substrates with high residual moisture. Reduces moisture vapor emissions to meet flooring manufacturer requirements. 108 DEFEND is now blue in metal can as opposed to brown. When Part B is added to Part A and mixed, the product will turn green, allowing for easier visual determination of coated areas during application.
